Job Description :

The Relationship manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships for Equities (D-Mat/Trading accounts) and promote our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients through direct sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase client base and revenues across financial products.
  • Manage and grow relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Meet assigned sales targets for revenue and client acquisition.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless client onboarding, KYC, and service support.
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven sales track record in financial services, broking, or wealth management.
  • Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of financial markets (equity & deviations).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented approach with a strong drive to meet targets.

Skills Required: Sales and acquisition , Relationship Management , Client Relationship , Customer Service.

Experience Range: 1 – 5 years

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (B.COM, MBA) in Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial product sales, preferably in broking or wealth management.
