Asian Market remain flat as investors weighed solid corporate earnings results against renewed worries that troubles with COVID-19 vaccine rollouts and the spread of new variants of coronavirus might delay a recovery from the pandemic.
The straits times rose 0.45%, Nikkei 225 gained 0.31%,Taiwan weighted surged 0.27% and the Shanghai Composite rose 0.11%. The set composites fell 0.97%,kospi lost 0.57%,Jakarta composites plunged 0.50%, Hang Seng lost 0.32%.
European Market were mixed as investors focused on company results and a Federal Reserve meeting for later.
The CAC 40 is off by 0.803%, while the DAX and the FTSE 100 were lower by 0.74% and 0.92% respectively.
