On a weekly basis, the rupee settled 44 paise or 0.60 per cent higher at 73.11 against US dollar.USD/INR touched low at 73.00 and high at 73.61.On Monday, The rupee appreciated by 5 paise to close at 73.50 against the US dollar, tracking weakness in the American currency and positive domestic equities. The rupee appreciated by 9 paise to close at 73.42 against the US dollar on Tuesday.
