GLOBAL EQUITY MARKET OF 23rd FEB 2021

Asian stock market were traded higher as prospects of more U.S. fiscal stimulus offset lingering concerns over an uptick in bond yields and worries over higher inflation affecting valuations.

In Asia, the set composites surged 1.52%, hang seng rose 1.03%, Nikkei 225 gained 0.46%, straits times rose 0.33%, Jakarta composites surged 0.28% while the kospi lost 0.31%, shanghai composites fell 0.17%.

European equity Market fell on Tuesday as the jump in bond yields and commodity prices continued to hammer technology shares.

In Europe, the FTSE lost 0.48%, CAC fell 0.63% and the DAX plunged 1.72%.
