GLOBAL EQUITY MARKET OF 16th FEB 2021

Asian shares advanced on Tuesday, lifted by the economic recovery, vaccine rollouts and signs that new coronavirus cases may be abating.

In Asia, the Hang seng gained 1.90%,Nikkei 225 surged 1.28%,kospi jumped 0.52%,Jakarta composites was up 0.35%, straits times gained 0.13%, set composites surged 0.03% while SGX Nifty lost 0.14%.

European markets were muted on Tuesday, struggling to kick on from a global risk rally fueled by economic recovery hopes.

In Europe, FTSE rose 0.15%,CAC gained 0.08%, DAX surged 0.03%.
