At the MCX, Crude oil futures for Oct contract was trading at Rs. 2957.00 per barrel, up by 2.39%, after opening at Rs.2921.00 per barrel, against a previous close of Rs. 2888.00 per barrel. It touched an intra-day low of Rs. 2895.00 per barrel and high of Rs.2966.00 per barrel in the future market.

While Commodities like Crude Oil, Silver, MCX Bulldex, Gold Petal, Gold Guinea, Gold, GoldM, Lead, Aluminium, Mentha Oil, Nickel were the losers with a loss of 4.71%, 1.36%, 0.47%, 0.37%, 0.35%, 0.25%, 0.23%, 0.10%, 0.07%,0.04%, 0.03% respectively.
