CRUDE OILFUTURES WAS THE ONLY LOSER IN TODAY’S TRADING SESSION

At the MCX, Crude Oil futures for Oct contract was trading at Rs. 2929.00 per barrel, down by 1.05% after opening at Rs.2951.00 per barrel, against a previous close of Rs. 2960.00 per barrel. It touched an intra-day low of Rs. 2915.00 per barrel and high of Rs. 2915.00 per barrel in the future market.

Crude oil traded lower on Monday as U.S. producers began restoring output after Hurricane Delta weakened, while a strike that had affected production in Norway came to an end.

Gold prices on Monday rose by 0.46% to Rs 51,050 per 10 gram in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions on firm spot demand.

Natural gas futures traded higher on October 12 as participants increased their long positions, as seen by the open interest.

On Multi Commodity Exchange, Commodities like Natural Gas, CPO, Zinc, Cotton, Lead, Nickel, Aluminium, Copper, Silver, MCX Bulldex, GoldM, Gold, Gold Guinea, Mentha Oil, Gold Petal futures were the gainers, gained by 5.20%,1.85%, 1.77%, 1.61%, 1.14%, 1.00%, 0.93%, 0.66%, 0.58%, 0.57%, 0.46%, 0.46%,0.46%,0.34%,0.29% respectively. On other hand, Crude oil Future was the loser, lose by 1.05%.
