GLOBAL EQUITY MARKET OF 29th DEC 2020

Asian stock markets are mostly higher on Tuesday amid improved risk appetite as U.S. President Donald Trump's signing of a $2.3 trillion pandemic bill and the Brexit trade deal raised hopes of an economic recovery.

The Nikkei 225 gained 2.66%, The Hang Seng rose 0.96%, The Set composite surged 0.64%.
The Shanghai Composite lost 0.54%,The Jakarta Composites fell 0.94%.

European stocks traded higher on Tuesday following a rally in U.S. stocks on Monday.

The FTSE is up 2.19% while CAC 40 is up 0.37% and DAX is up 0.29%.

North and South American markets finished broadly higher on Monday with shares in Mexico leading the region. The IPC is up 1.18% while Brazil's Bovespa is up 1.12% and U.S.'s S&P 500 is up 0.87%.
