GLOBAL EQUITY MARKET OF 23rd DEC 2020

European markets opened higher on Wednesday as investors hoped a Brexit trade deal could be reached amid concerns over the approval of a long-delayed U.S. coronavirus stimulus package.

The CAC 40 is up 0.70% while the DAX gains 0.76%. The FTSE 100 is off 0.17%.

Asian Market was trading higher on Wednesday following new remarks from U.S. President Donald Trump surrounding the new Covid-19 relief package.

The Hang Seng is up 0.86% while China's Shanghai Composite is up 0.76% and Japan's Nikkei 225 is up 0.33% and the Taiwan weighted is up 0.32%.

North and South American markets finished mixed as of the most recent closing prices. The Bovespa gained 0.70%, while the IPC led the S&P 500 lower. They fell 1.49% and 0.21% respectively.
