GLOBAL EQUITY MARKET OF 21st DEC 2020

Asian stock Market were mixed on Monday, as the coronavirus situation in parts of North Asia remained serious.

The Jakarta Composites surged 1.00%, the Shanghai Composite gained 0.76%,The Taiwan weighted rose 135.00 points while the Set Composite , the SGX Nifty led the lower. They fell 5.44% and 3.77% respectively.

European markets plunged on Monday as investors monitored a fast-spreading new variant of the coronavirus that has shut down much of the U.K.

The DAX is down 3.72% while France's CAC is lower by 3.26% and London's FTSE 100 is off 2.57%.

US Stock futures traded in the red early Monday as Congress managed to seal a coronavirus stimulus deal hours before a shutdown deadline.
