NIFTY50 INDEX RECLAIMED THE CRUCIAL 11,000 LEVEL TO SETTLE AT 11,003.05, UP 56.85 POINTS OR 0.52 PER CENT.

Nifty fifty has registered a gain of 0.52% which was opened at 10,936.70 and closed at 11,003.05.It touched high of 11,028.85 and low of 10,889.80.About 35 shares rise and 15 shares fall. Nifty closed with positive notes because of domestic macroeconomic data and global cues. Sectorial Indexes like Bank, Auto, FMCG, Realty, Media, Energy,Pharma, Metal Indexes were the gainers with a gain of 0.94%, 0.89%, 0.68%, 0.67%, 0.33%, 0.18%, 0.11%, 0.10% respectively while IT Index was the loser with a loss of 0.72%.

Bank Index was the top gainer of today’s trading session which recorded a gain of 0.94%. Stocks like RBL Bank, YES Bank, Federal Bank, PNB,Kotak Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda, IDFC First Bank, IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank were the gainers with a gain of 7.34%, 4.30%,3.915, 2.28%, 2.01%, 1.44%, 1.15%, 1.11%, 0.58%, 0.29%, 0.01% respectively while HDFC Bank was the only loser with a loss of 0.03%.

Auto Index has an upward momentum during the trading session which recorded a gain of 0.89%. Shares of Maruti, TVS Motors, Amararaja batteries limited,Bosch Ltd, Bharat Forg, Hero Moto corp., Mahindra & Mahindra,apollo tyre, Exide Industries limited,MRF,Mother son Sumi system, Tata Motors were in the gainer side with a gain of 2.72%, 2.41% ,2.21%,2.16%, 1.115, 0.99%, 0.85%, 0.77%, 0.64%, 0.59%, 0.51%, 0.45% respectively whereas shares of Ashok Leyland, Eicher Motors, Bajaj Auto were the losers with a loss of 1.88%, 1.26%, 1.03% respectively.

FMCG Index started the trading session at 28,679.75 and ended the trading session at 28,845.65,recorded a gain of 0.68%. Shares of Godrej Products,UBL, Marico, HUL, ITC, Dabur, GSK Cons, Colgate Palmolive, PGHH, Britannia, Tata Global, Jubilant food works limited were the gainers with a gain of 1.50%, 1.30%, 1.03%, 0.87%,0.74%, 0.65%, 0.64% ,0.50%, 0.45%, 0.45%, 0.34%, 0.33% respectively while shares of UBL, Emami Ltd, Godrej Industries Limited were the losers with a loss of 1.00%, 0.54%, 0.02% respectively.

Realty Index has gained 0.67% with shares of Oberoi realty, Mahindra Life space, Phoenix Ltd, Godrej Products, DLF, Sobha gained by 2.86%, 2.66%,2.09%, 1.26%, 0.42%, 0.07% respectively whereas shares of India bulls realestate, Sun Teck, Brigade were the losers ,lose by 2.15%, 1.08%, 0.63%,0.12% respectively.

Media Index opened at 1,906.55 and closed at 1,912.05 ,recorded a gain of 0.33%. Shares of Eros Media, Dish TV, Network18,Zee Media, Sun TV, Zee Limited, TV18 Broadcast, TV Today were having positive notes with having a gain of 4.93%, 3.30%, 3.13%,0.98%, 0.80%, 0.48%,0.34% respectively while shares of Hathway, DEN, DB corp., Inox Leisure, Navneet Education Limited,PVR, Jagran were the losers in this Index with a loss of 9.82%, 4.39%, 1.35%, 1.33%, 1.07%, 0.39%, 0.29% respectively.

Energy Index was in the positive territory which has recorded a gain of 0.18%. Shares of Tata Power, RelianceInfra, BPCL, ONCG, Gail, Hindustan Petroleum were the gainers with a gain of 5.67%, 1.06%, 1.04%, 0.90%, 0.80%, 0.10% respectively while shares of NTPC, IOC, Powergrid, Reliance were the losers with a loss of 0.55%, 0.28%, 0.20%, 0.07% respectively.

Pharma Index has recorded a gain of 0.11% which was opened at 8,067.40 and closed at 8,077.90 . Shares of Auro Pharma, Sun Pharma, PEL, Dr. Reddy, Cipla were the gainers with a gain of 0.80%,0.73%, 0.41%, 0.37%, 0.02% respectively while shares of Glenmark, Biocon, Cadila healthcare, Lupin, Divi’s Lab were the losers with a loss of 1.92%, 1.59%,0.98%, 0.97%, 0.53% respectively.

Metal Index has gained 0.10% with shares of Jindal stainless limited, Hindustan copper, National Aluminium, Coal India, JSW steel, Moil, APL Apollo, Hindalco gained by 9.27%, 1.47%, 1.04%, 0.65%, 0.64%, 0.53%, 0.46%, 0.29% respectively while shares of Welcorp, Hindustan Zinc, Tata steel, NMDC, Vedanta Limited, Sail, Jindal steel were the losers with a loss of 1.46%, 1.01%,0.96%,0.90%, 0.35%, 0.30%, 0.05% respectively.

IT Index stood as the only loser of today’s trading session which recorded a loss of 0.72%. Shares of Wipro, Tata Elaxi,OFSS were the gainers with a gain of 1.51%, 1.32%, 0.12% respectively while shares of HCL Tech, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree, TCS, NIIT Tech, Infibeam were the losers with a loss of 1.40%, 1.21%, 1.07%, 0.76%, 0.57%, 0.31%, 0.13% respectively.
