DAILY CURRENCY MARKET 15th OCT 2019

The Rupee opened flat against dollar 71.24 on Tuesday. USD/INR touched intraday low of 71.21 and high of 71.57.The rupee closed 29 paise lower at 71.53 against US dollar. The BSE Sensex rose 0.76 percent or 291.62 points to 38506.09 and the NSE Nifty 50 rose 0.77 percent or 87.15 to 11428.30 at close.

The Indian currency (INR) was trading at 78.76 as against Euro. The currency pair EUR/INR opened at 78.56 which was previously close at 78.53. The Currency pair GBP/INR and JPY/INR were trading at 90.54 and 0.66 respectively. The other currency pairs ZAR/INR, MYR/INR, SAR/INR and AED/INR were trading at 4.80, 17.05, 19.07 and 19.47 subsequently.

The USD/JPY was trading at 108.34. The currency pair EUR/USD was trading at 1.10. The paired currency EUR/JPY was trading at 119.37. Elsewhere, the currency pair GBP/USD was trading at 1.26. The other currencies pairs AUD/USD, NZD/USD, MYR/USD and SAR/USD were trading at 0.68, 0.63, 0.24 and 0.27 respectively.
