NIFTY FIFTY TRADED WITH POSITIVE NOTES AND ENDED THE SESSION WITH A GAIN OF 0.43%

Nifty fifty has registered a gain of 0.43% to close at 11,847.55 which was earlier opened at 11,768.15. Nifty ended in green for the second consecutive session on June 26 ahead of June derivative expiry. It touched a high of 11,871.85 and low of 11,757.55.Among NSE’s Nifty Fifty, 31 shares were in advance, 19 shares were in decline. Sectorial Indexes like Metal, Pharma, Realty, Bank, Energy, Media, Auto Indexes were in the gainer side with a gain of 2.73%,1.75%,1.5%, 1.02%,0.62%, 0.51%,0.07% respectively whereas IT,FMCG Indexes were in the loser side with a loss of 0.70%,0.10% respectively.

Metal Indexes stood as the top gainer of today’s trading session which registered a gain of 2.73%. Shares of Jindal steel, Vedanta Limited, Hindustan Zinc, JSW Steel, Sail, Hindalco, Tata Steel, Hindustan Copper, National Aluminium, Jindal stainless limited, Moil, Welcorp, NMDC, Coal India were in the positive Zone with a gain of 5.20%,5.08%, 4.94%, 4.03%, 3.97%, 3.11%, 2.68%, 2.55%, 2.24%, 1.62%, 1.39%, 1.29%, 1.26%, 0.72% respectively while APL Apollo was in the negative Zone with a loss of 1.04%.

Pharma Index has witnessed a gain of 1.75% to closed at 8,086.30 which was opened at 7,927.50.Stocks like Cadila Healthcare, Sun Pharma, Auro Pharma, Biocon,Dr. Reddy, Lupin, Cipla were the gainers with a gain of 3.41%,3.36%, 3.22%, 2.25%,1.73%, 1.62%, 1.24% respectively while stocks like PEL, Glenmark, Divi’s Lab were the losers with a loss of 0.95%,0.67%, 0.52% respectively.

Realty Index has an upward motion during the trading session which recorded a gain of 1.50%. shares of DLF, Indiabulls real-estate, Oberoi Realty, Brigade, Sobha were in the gainer side with a gain of 4.85%,2.46%, 2.33%, 1.52%,1.39% respectively while shares of Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespace, Phoenix Ltd, Sun Teck, Prestige were in the loser side with a loss of 2.77%,0.94%, 0.92%, 0.63%, 0.06% respectively.

Bank Index has gained 1.02% with shares of YES Bank, PNB, RBL Bank, HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, Federal Bank,SBI gained by 2.09%, 2.08%, 1.56%, 1.49%,1.33%, 1.05%, 0.82%,0.79%, 0.74%, 0.34%, 0.24% respectively while IndusInd Bank was the only loser with a loss of 1.15%.

Energy Index closed at 16,191.90, recorded a gain of 0.62%. shares Reliance Infra, Powergrid, Tata Power, NTPC, ONGC, IOC were the gainers with a gain 17.71%, 3.52%,3.47%, 1.37%, 0.69%, 0.23% respectively while shares of Hindustan Petroleum, BPCL, Reliance, Gail were the losers with a loss of 2.27%,0.48%, 0.30%, 0.15% respectively.

Media Index witnessed a gain of 0.51% which closed at 2,053.95.Shares of Network18,Dish TV,TV18 Broadcast, Zee Media, PVR,TV Today, Sun TV, Jagran, Navneet Education Limited were the gainers with a gain of 3.92%,3.40%, 2.30%, 1.63%, 0.98%, 0.75%, 0.61%, 0.57%, 0.14% respectively whereas shares of Eros Media, DB Corp, Inox Leisure, DEN, Zee Limited were the losers with a loss of 4.98%, 3.15%, 0.62%, 0.37%, 0.23% respectively.

Auto Index was in the positive territory which recorded a gain of 0.07%. Stocks like Bharat Forg, MRF, Amara Raja Batteries Limited, Bajaj Auto, Bosch Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Eicher Motors were in the positive territory with a gain of 3.11%,1.16%, 1.02%, 0.83%,0.40%, 0.30%, 0.28%, 0.06%,0.02% respectively while stocks like TVS Motors ,Maruti, Mother Son Sumi system, Hero Moto Corp, Apollo tyre, Exide Industries Limited were in the negative territory with a loss of 1.47%, 0.84%, 0.50%, 0.43%,0.17%,0.07% respectively.

FMCG Index has lose 0.10% with shares of Britannia, Jubilant food works Limited, Godrej Industries Limited, Godrej Products, Colgate Palmolive, ITC,UBL, Dabur, Marico were the losers with a loss of 2.80%, 1.86%, 0.90%,0.83%, 0.51%, 0.47%, 0.28%, 0.01% respectively while shares of Emami Ltd, Tata Global, USL, PGHH,GSK Cons, HUL, Marico were the gainers, gained by 8.89%,5.19%, 1.21%, 0.42%, 0.22%, 0.45%, 0.04% respectively.

IT Index was the top loser of today’s trading session which recorded a loss of 0.70%. shares of Tata Elaxi, Wipro were the gainers with a gain of 0.98%,0.44% respectively whereas shares of Mindtree, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, OFSS,TCS, Infibeam, HCL Tech, NIIT Tech were the losers with a loss of 1.43%,1.16%, 0.86%,. 0.75%, 0.65%, 0.55%, 0.22%, 0.05% respectively.
