NIFTY FITY ENDED WITH POSITIVE NOTES FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE DAY.

Nifty Fifty has reported a gain of 0.64% to close at 11,662.60 which was previously opened at 11,596.It touched an intraday high of 11,670.05 and low of 11,573.95.Among NSE’s Nifty fifty, 38 shares were in advance while 12 shares were in decline. Market closed with positive notes due to sharp fall in domestic bond yield. Sectorial Indexes like Realty, Energy, Pharma, FMCG, Auto, Metal, Bank Indexes were in the gainer side with a gain of 1.93%, 1.50%, 1.48%,0.99%, 0.70%, 0.69%, 0.43% respectively whereas Media , IT Indexes were in the loser side with a loss of 0.31% , 0.59% respectively.

Realty Index was the topmost gainer of today’s trading session which recorded a gain of 1.93%. Shares of Phoenix Ltd, Godrej Properties, Prestige, Brigade, DLF, Sun Teck, India bulls real-estate, Sobha were the gainers with a gain of 3.22%,3.13%, 3.08%, 3.05%,2.58%, 2.25%, 0.97%, 0.25% subsequently while shares of Oberoi Realty, Mahindra Life space were the losers with a loss of 0.81%, 0.52% respectively.

Energy Index recorded a gain of 1.50%. Stocks like Hindustan Petroleum, NTPC, BPCL, Powergrid, Reliance, Gail, IOC, ONGC were in the gainer side with a gain of 3.49%, 2.38%, 2.19%, 1.68%, 1.25%, 1.24%, 1.03%, 0.86% respectively while Stocks like Reliance Infra,Tata Power were in the loser side with a loss of 2.85%, 0.73% respectively.

Pharma Index has gained 1.48% with shares of Cadila healthcare, Sun Pharma, Divi’s Lab, Biocon, Lupin, Dr. Reddy, Glenmark, Auro Pharma, Cipla gained by 2.81%, 2.62%, 2.21%, 2.10%, 1.83%, 1.80%, 1.77%, 1.14%, 0.63% respectively while PEL was the only loser with a loss of 1.83%.

FMCG Index recorded a gain of 0.99%. Shares of Jubilant Food works Limited, Dabur, Godrej Products, Tata Global, USL, HUL, Emami Ltd, Colgate Palmolive, UBL, ITC, GSK Cons, PGHH were in the positive zone with a gain of 5.27%, 3.73%, 2.22%, 1.89%, 1.62%, 1.34%, 1.14%, 0.67%, 0.62%, 0.39%, 0.39%, 0.32% respectively while shares of Godrej Industries Limited, Britannia, Marico were in the negative zone with a loss of 2.03%, 0.61%, 0.35% respectively .

Auto Index has an upward tendency during the trading session which recorded a gain of 0.70%. Shares of Tata Motors, Maruti, Hero Moto Corp, Eicher Motors, Apollo Tyre, Ashok Leyland, MRF, Exide Industries Limited, Bajaj Auto,Bharat Forg, Amara raja Batteries Limited were having positive notes with a gain of 5.84%, 1.22%, 1.17%,1.05%, 0.97%, 0.94%, 0.83%, 0.78%, 0.78%, 0.74%, 0.57%, 0.21% respectively whereas shares of TVS Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Mother Son Sumi System, Bosch Ltd were having negative notes with a loss of 1.45%, 1.32%,1.27%, 0.07% respectively.

Metal Index has witnessed a gain of 0.69% with shares of Jindal steel, Moil, NMDC, Tata Steel, APL Apollo, Sail, Coal India, JSW Steel, National Aluminium, Hindustan Zinc gained by 2.69%, 1.89%, 1.78%, 1.53%, 1.44%, 1.07%, 0.87%, 0.83%, 0.64%, 0.24% respectively whereas shares of Jindal stainless limited, Hindalco, Hindalco, Hindustan Copper, Welcorp, Vedanta Limited were the losers with a loss of 3.06%, 0.60%, 0.53%, 0.29%, 0.03% respectively.

Bank Index witnessed a gain of 0.43%. Shares of YES Bank, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank were in the gainer side with a gain of 14.00%, 3.00%,1.84%,1.65%, 1.08%, 0.58%, 0.07% respectively while shares of RBL Bank, Federal Bank, Kotak Bank, IDFC first Bank, HDFC Bank were the losers with a loss of 4.42%, 1.17%, 0.74%, 0.59%, 0.07% respectively. Shares of India’s major private sector lender Yes Bank surged on Tuesday after media reports indicated that four PE firms have shown interest to pick up a stake in the bank.

Media Index has a loss of 0.31%. Shares of TV Today, Network18,Sun TV, PVR were the gainers, gained by 2.39%, 1.98%, 1.42%, 0.34% respectively whereas shares of DEN, Eros Media, DB Corp, Zee Media, Hathway, Jagran, Navneet Education Limited were the top losers of this Index with a loss of 5.50%, 4.85%, 4.63%,4.10%, 3.94%, 2.67%, 1.69% respectively.

IT Index was the top loser of today’s trading session with a loss of 0.59%. Shares of Infibeam ,Infosys, Wipro were in the gainer side with a gain of 1.54%, 0.46%, 0.04% respectively while shares of TCS, Mind tree, OFSS, HCL Tech, Tata Elaxi, Tech Mahindra, NIIT Tech were in the loser side with a loss of 1.67%, 1.18%, 0.89%, 0.83%, 0.61%, 0.21%, 0.09% respectively.
