DAILY CURRENCY MARKET 9th JULY 2019

Rupee opened 5 paise higher note at 68.62 as against dollar on Tuesday after closed at 69.67 on Monday. Rupee closed 12 paise higher as against the dollar at 68.55. USD/INR touched intraday low of 68.53 and high of 68.84. At close, the Sensex was up 10.25 points or 0.03% at 38730.82 while Nifty was down 2.70 points or 0.02% at 11555.90.

The Indian currency (INR) was trading 23 paise higher at 76.78 as against Euro. The currency pair EUR/INR opened at 76.97 which was previously close at 77.02. The Currency pair GBP/INR and JPY/INR were trading at 85.35 and 0.63 respectively. The other currency pairs ZAR/INR, MYR/INR, SAR/INR and AED/INR were trading at 4.84, 16.55, 18.28 and 18.66 subsequently.

The USD/JPY was trading at 108.81. The currency pair EUR/USD was trading at 1.12. The paired currency EUR/JPY was trading at 121.92. Elsewhere, the currency pair GBP/USD was trading at 1.24. The other currencies pairs AUD/USD, NZD/USD, MYR/USD and SAR/USD were trading at 0.69, 0.66, 0.24 and 0.27 respectively.
