NIFTY FIFTY ENDED THE SESSION AT 228.50 POINTS OR 2.11 PERCENT HIGHER AT 11,057.90.

Nifty fifty has registered a gain of 2.11% to close at 11,057.85 which was earlier opened at 11,000.30.It touched intraday high of 11,070.30 and low of 10,756.55.About 37 shares rise while 13 shares fall. Nifty closed with positive notes after relief measures announced by the government and amid likely talks between US and China over the trade deal. Among Sectorial Indices, Realty, Bank, Media, FMCG, Energy, Pharma, Auto, IT were the gainers with a gain of 3.74%,3.68%, 3.55%, 1.59%, 0.84%,0.56%, 0.49%,0.47% respectively while Metal Index was the loser with a loss of 0.97%.

Realty Index was the top gainer of today’s trading session which recorded a gain of 3.74%. Stocks like India bulls realestate, Sobha, Sunteck, Oberoi Realty, DLF, Phoenix Ltd, Prestige, Brigade, Godrej Properties were the gainers with a gain of 7.42%, 6.38%, 6.28%, 5.70%, 4.60%, 3.45%, 1.76%, 1.57%, 0.38% respectively while Mahindra Life space was the only loser with a loss 0.34%.

Bank Index has an upward momentum during the trading session which recorded a gain of 3.68%. Shares of RBL Bank, YES Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, PNB, Federal Bank, SBI, Kotak Bank, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank ,Bank of Baroda were in the gainer side with a gain of 5.73%,5.06%,4.51%,4.45%,3.30%, 3.16%,3.12%, 3.05%, 2.96%,2.49%,1.50% respectively .

Media Index was trading in the positive territory with a gain of 3.55% led by the stocks like Dish TV, Zee Media, Eros Media, PVR, Zee Limited, Sun TV, Inox Leisure,TV18 Broadcast,Network18,Navneet Education Limited, DB corp., TV Today up by 11.16%, 7.39%, 4.85%, 4.67%, 3.69%, 2.00%, 1.90%, 1.80%,1.47%, 1.41%, 1.28%, 0.81% respectively while shares of Hathway, Jagran, DEN were the losers with a loss of 4.31%,1.09%, 0.86% respectively.

FMCG Index started the trading session at 28,526.95 and ended the trading session at 28,707.80,recorded a gain of 1.59%. Shares of UBL, ITC, Britannia, Dabur, Jubilant Food works Limited, Godrej Industries Limited, Godrej Products, Emami Ltd, USL, Tata Global, HUL, GSK Cons, Colgate Palmolive were the gainers with a gain of 3.39%, 2.50%, 2.45%, 2.33%,2.20%,1.63%, 1.60%, 1.48%, 1.40%, 1.37%, 1.19%, 0.95%, 0.91% respectively while shares of PGHH, Marico were the losers with a loss of 4.31%, 0.54% respectively.

Energy Index has gained 0.84% with shares of Reliance Infra, Hindustan Petroleum, Tata Power, IOC, NTPC, BPCL, ONGC, Gail ,Powergrid gained by 12.32%, 5.64%,2.75%, 2.40%, 1.65%,1.56%, 1.43% ,1.33%,0.07% respectively whereas Reliance was the only loser with a loss of 0.85%.

Pharma Index closed at 7,824.30, recorded a gain of 0.56%. Shares of PEL, Divi’s Lab, Glenmark, Lupins, Dr. Reddy, Cipla were having positive notes with having a gain of 6.35%, 3.37%, 2.68%, 2.15%, 1.13%, 0.24% respectively while shares of Sun Pharma, Auro Pharma, Biocon, Cadila healthcare were the losers in this Index with a loss of 2.07%, 1.20%, 1.05%, 0.18% respectively.

Auto Index has a positive note which recorded a gain of 0.49%. Shares of Ashok Leyland, Bosch Ltd, MRF, Mahindra & Mahindra, Exide Industries Limited, Eicher Motors, Apollo tyre, TVS Motors, Amara Raja Batteries Limited were the gainers with a gain of 4.98%, 3.50%, 1.94%, 1.87%,1.69%, 1.28%, 0.72%, 0.30%, 0.23% respectively while shares of Hero Moto Corp, Mother son Sumi system, Tata Motors, Maruti, Bajaj Auto, Bharat Forg were the losers with a loss of 2.09%, 0.61%, 0.50%, 0.32%, 0.19%, 0.05% respectively.

IT Index has gained 0.47% with shares of NIIT Tech, Tech Mahindra, TCS, HCL Tech, Infosys, Infibeam, OFSS gained by 1.57%, 1.02%,0.86%, 0.64%,0.26%, 0.13%,0.12% respectively while shares Wipro, Tata Elaxi, Mind tree were the losers with a loss of 0.88%, 0.65%, 0.38% respectively.

Metal Index stood as the only loser of today’s trading session which recorded a loss of 0.97%. Shares of Moil, Welcorp, Hindustan Copper, Sail, Hindustan Zinc, National Aluminium, Coal India, Jindal steel were the gainers with a gain of 3.61%, 3.06%, 2.71%, 1.91%,1.58%, 1.51%, 0.32%, 0.25% respectively while shares JSW Steel, Vedanta Limited, Tata Steel, APL Apollo, Hindalco, NMDC were the losers with a loss of 3.06%, 2.29%, 2.10%, 1.80%, 0.80%, 0.69% respectively.
