AFTER OPENING HIGHER ,NIFTY FIFTY TURNED VOLATILE THROUGHOUT THE SESSION

Nifty Fifty has registered a loss of 0.33% to close at 11,017.00 which was earlier opened at 11,063.90. It touched an intraday high of 11,076.30 and low of 10,985.30.Among NSE’s Nifty Fifty, 20 shares were in advance and 30 shares were in decline .Market ended with negative notes as investors kept awaiting government's clarity on reports of a corporate tax rate cut. Sectorial Indexes like IT, Auto, Pharma Indexes were in the gainer side with a gain of 1.18%, 1.17%,0.11% respectively whereas Metal, Realty, Energy, Bank, FMCG, Media Indexes were in the loser side with a loss of 1.68%, 1.11%, 1.05%, 0.72%,0.58%, 0.29% respectively.

IT Index was the topmost gainer in today’s trading session which recorded a gain of 1.18%. Shares of NIIT tech, HCL Tech, Infosys, TCS, Mind tree, Wipro were in the gainer side with a gain of 4.88%,1.97%, 1.91%, 1.25%,0.75%, 0.73% subsequently while shares of Tata Elaxi, OFSS,Infibeam, Tech Mahindra were in the loser side with a loss of 1.87%, 1.10%, 0.59%,0.18% respectively.

Auto Index has a gain of 1.17% with shares of Maruti, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hero Moto corp., Apollo tyre, Bajaj Auto, Mother son Sumi system gained by 4.02%,2.48%,1.40%, 1.22%, 1.04%, 0.69%, 0.61%, 0.02% respectively while shares of Eicher Motors, Bharat Forg, Amara raja batteries Limited,Bosch Ltd, TVS Motors, Ashok Leyland, Exide Industries Limited were the losers in this Index with a loss of 1.70%, 1.54%,0.78%, 0.66%, 0.63%, 0.54%, 0.20% respectively.

Pharma Index has registered a gain of 0.11% which was opened at 7,764.85 and closed at 7,749.70.Stocks like Dr. Reddy, Glenmark, Biocon, Cipla, Lupin, Cadila healthcare were the gainers with a gain of 1.75%, 1.45%, 0.74%,0.60%,0.57%, 0.21% respectively whereas stocks like Auro Pharma, Sun Pharma, PEL, Divi’s Lab were the losers with a loss of 0.96%, 0.58%, 0.53%, 0.07% respectively.

Media Index closed at 1,866.05, recorded a loss of 0.29%. Shares of Eros Media, Jagran, Hathway, DEN, DB corp., Zee Limited, PVR, TV Today were the gainers with a gain of 4.82%, 4.80%, 4.02%, 2.55%, 0.91%,0.56%, 0.38%, 0.20% respectively while shares of Zee Media, Inox Leisure, Network18,Dish TV, TV18 Broadcast, Sun TV, Navneet Education Limited were the losers with a loss of 6.48%, 3.07%, 2.95%, 2.90%,2.87%, 1.77%,0.94% respectively.

FMCG Index has a downward motion during the trading session which registered a loss of 0.58%. Shares of GSK Cons, HUL, Godrej Products were the gainers the with a gain of 1.64%,1.38%, 0.78% respectively while shares of Britannia, ITC, USL, Emami Ltd, Godrej Industries Limited, Jubilant Food works Limited were the top losers with a loss of 3.24%, 1.87%, 1.46%, 1.04%, 0.94%, 0.83%, 0.45% respectively.

Bank Index has lose 0.72% with shares of YES Bank, Bank of Baroda, RBL Bank, IndusInd Bank, PNB, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC first Bank, Federal Bank, SBI lose by 6.65%, 3.80%,2.86%, 2.66%, 2.45%,1.61%, 1.59%, 1.54%,1.11%,1.05% respectively while shares of HDFC Bank, Kotak Bank were the gainers with a gain of 0.78%, 0.75% respectively.

Energy Index has registered a loss of 1.05% which closed at 14,439.60.Gail was the only gainer with a gain of 0.08% whereas shares of Reliance Infra, Tata Power, Hindustan Petroleum, IOC, BPCL, Reliance , ONGC, NTPC, Powergrid were in the loser side with a loss of 4.63%, 2.45%, 1.33%, 1.31%, 1.22%,1.09%, 0.99%,0.93%, 0.53% respectively.

Realty Index ended the trading session at 263.80, recorded a loss of 1.11%. Shares of Brigade, Sobha,Mahindra Life space were in the positive territory with a gain of 0.49%, 0.49%,0.45% respectively while shares of India bulls real-estate, Oberoi Realty, DLF, Phoenix Ltd, Sunteck, Prestige, Godrej Properties were in the negative territory with a loss of 3.69%, 3.00%, 1.23%, 1.22%, 1.17%, 1.06%, 0.23% respectively.

Metal Index was the top loser of today’s trading session which recorded a loss of 1.68%. Shares of NMDC, Sail, Hindustan Copper, Jindal stainless Limited, Vedanta, Hindustan Zinc, Hindalco, National, JSW Steel were the top losers having a loss of 11.83%, 3.61%, 3.25%, 2.56%, 1.91%, 1.52%, 1.31%, 1.05%, 0.97%, 0.73% respectively.
