NIFTY FIFTY ENDED THE SESSION AT 11,029.40, UP 103.55 POINTS OR 0.95 PERCENT.

Nifty fifty has registered a gain of 0.95% which was opened at 11,003.25 and closed at 11,029.40.It touched intraday high of 11,078.15 and low of 10,935.60.About 37 shares rose and 13 shares fall. Nifty closed with positive notes tracking positive cues from other Asian markets after the US delayed tariffs on some Chinese imports. . Sectorial Indexes like Media, Metal, Bank, Energy, Auto, Realty, FMCG, IT Indexes were the gainers with a gain of 2.76%, 2.34%, 1.05%, 0.97%, 0.92%, 0.51%, 0.39%, 0.27% respectively while Pharma Index was the loser with a loss of 1.37%.

Media Index was the top gainer of today’s trading session which recorded a gain of 2.76%. Stocks like Dish TV, Hathway, Zee limited, Eros Media, Sun TV, DEN, PVR, Navneet Education Limited were the gainers with a gain of 7.73%,6.98%, 4.55%, 4.52%, 3.42%, 1.83%,0.61% respectively while shares of TV Today, TV18 Broadcast,DB Corp, Inox Leisure, ZEE Media, Jagran were the losers with a loss of 3.65%, 1.61%, 0.86%, 0.68%, 0.46%, 0.15% respectively.

Metal Index has an upward momentum during the trading session which recorded a gain of 2.34%. Shares of Jindal steel, Tata Steel, Vedanta Limited, Welcorp, JSW steel, Hindalco, NMDC, Jindal stainless limited, Sail, Hindustan Zinc were in the gainer side with a gain of 8.65%, 4.13%, 4.11%, 3.69%, 3.25%, 3.08%, 3.06%, 2.06%, 1.23%, 0.12% respectively where Shares of National aluminium, Coal India, Moil, APL Apollo, Hindustan Copper were the losers with a loss of 2.68%, 1.89%, 1.15%, 0.99%, 0.32% respectively.

Bank Index started the trading session at 27,885.50 and ended the trading session at 28, 019.20,recorded a gain of 1.05%. Shares of RBL Bank, YES Bank, Bank Of Baroda, IDFC First Bank¸SBI, IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank were the gainers with a gain of 4.80%, 4.08%, 2.80%, 2.20%,1.99%,1.94%, 1.77% respectively while Kotak Mahindra was the only loser with a loss of 1.28%.

Energy Index has gained 0.97% with shares of Reliance Infra,BPCL, Hindustan Petro, Reliance, Powergrid, Gail, IOC, NTPC gained by 8.32%,2.90%, 1.79%, 1.04%, 0.77%, 0.52%, 0.08%, 0.04% respectively whereas shares of ONGC, Tata Power were the losers ,lose by 1.17%,0.45% respectively.

Auto Index opened at 6,876.95 and closed at 6,919.05 ,recorded a gain of 0.92%. Shares of Apollo tyre, Hero Moto Corp, Exide Industries Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra, Mother Son Sumi system, Bajaj Auto, Maruti, Ashok Leyland, TVS Motors, MRF, Bharat Forg, Amara Raja Batteries Limited were having positive notes with having a gain of 2.71%, 2.56%, 1.91%, 1.87%, 1.75%, 1.63%, 1.53%, 1.38%, 1.14%,1.12%, 0.87%, 0.46% respectively. Shares of Bosch Ltd, Tata Power, Eicher Motors were the losers in this Index with a loss of 1.39%, 0.98%, 0.57% respectively.

Realty Index was in the positive territory which has recorded a gain of 0.51%. Shares of Sun Teck, Mahindra Life space, India bulls real-estate, DLF, Oberoi Realty, Brigade, Prestige were the gainers with a gain of 5.84%, 3.01%, 2.11%, 0.49%,0.15%, 0.13%, 0.04% respectively while shares of Sobha, Phoenix Ltd, Godrej Properties were the losers with a loss of 3.66%, 0.98%, 0.32% respectively.

FMCG Index has gained 0.39% with shares of Tata Global, ITC, Dabur, USL, GSK Cons, UBL, HUL gained by 0.99%, 0.93%, 0.71%, 0.61%, 0.56%, 0.52%, 0.18% respectively while shares of Godrej Products, Godrej Industries Limited, Britannia, Colgate Palmolive, Jubilant Food works Limited, Emami Ltd, Marico, PGHH were the losers with a loss of 2.51%, 1.91%, 1.63%, 1.21%, 1.09%, 0.58%, 0.13%, 0.11% respectively.

IT Index has recorded a gain of 0.27% which was opened at 15,467.35 and closed at 15,466.25 . Shares of Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Tata Elaxi, TCS were the gainers with a gain of 3.07%, 1.05%, 0.64%, 0.27% respectively while shares of Wipro, OFSS, Mindtree, Infibeam, NIIT Tech,HCL Tech were the losers with a loss of 2.86%, 2.20%, 1.91%,0.47%, 0.22%, 0.09% respectively.

Pharma Index lose 1.37% after Sun Pharma and Glenmark's June quarter earnings. Shares of Biocon, PEL, Cipla, Divi’s Lab, Auro Pharma were the gainers with a gain of 3.77%, 2.34%, 0.85%, 0.67%, 0.45% respectively while shares of Glenmark, Sun Pharma, Lupin, Dr. Reddy,Cadila healthcare were the losers with a loss of 7.78%, 5.18%,1.90%,1.72%, 0.73% respectively.
